The 2 directors Yu Yi Shan [Everlyne] and Peter Bicknell blend Chinese and English thinking with European style flat management and a collaborative talent system.
But Wordperfect really began back in 2002.
Back then it was just Yu yi shan working as a freelance planner, collaborating with other freelance or small business colleagues using the name Shanshan, a name still fondly remembered today by many of her clients.

March 2004 she teamed with Peter who was working as a freelance business English adviser using the name Bamboo Tiger International.
September 2004 they partnered again building on the cooperative and collaborative model to develop Wordperfect Marketing Studio, tailored for the domestic Chinese business market which came into being November and registered with the Beijing companies office, company number; 1102212859965 1st July 2005.

December 2006 we introduced more associates into the group to develop a raft of China business support services for overseas companies including an English marketing service, breathing new life into Bamboo Tiger which became known as BTI [China] Business Solutions and Wordperfect Marketing Studio slimmed down to WP Beijing.
Today, as BTI Wordperfect, we still retain our own small core team and work extensively with many of the same people with whom we have built a relationship since the days of Shanshan.
