A word from our Director

BTi is a group of companies, more than that though they are a group of people. Actually they are dedicated, professional self employed or small business owners, experts in their field.
Because they are people, and human, there is always a small chance that, despite our best efforts and intentions and quality control and care, something may not quite go according to plan.
We understand how important getting it right is to you, and most people are are reasonably understanding when it comes to mistakes, where thy do get irritated is when the "Putting It Right" fails them, because it is the Putting Right that matters.
BTi promises that if something we did or did not do is not right and fails you then we WILL put it right.
To that end, every client, no matter how big or modest the budget, no matter if a favoured client or a new member, at time of signing an agreement gets my personal promise that I shall work towards a satisfactory solution.
